1. No Refund on Ads Once Activated

Payments made for advertising campaigns (impressions or clicks) are non-refundable once the ad is approved and activated on the platform.

2. Invalid Clicks & Fraudulent Activity

  • EDT ADS uses automated and manual systems to detect invalid or fraudulent clicks.

  • If invalid clicks occur, no refund will be issued.

  • Accounts generating invalid or fraudulent traffic may be suspended or terminated without notice.

3. Publisher Violations

If a publisher violates our policies, including invalid clicks, fake traffic, bot usage, or manipulation of impressions:

  • Earnings will be withheld.

  • No refund or payment will be issued.

  • The account may be terminated immediately.

4. Advertiser Mistakes

Refunds will not be issued for mistakes made by advertisers, including:

  • Wrong ad targeting

  • Incorrect budget settings

  • Incorrect ad content

  • Poor ad performance

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing their campaigns before submitting.

5. System Errors

If a verifiable system error on EDT ADS prevents an ad from running at all:

  • We may issue a partial or full credit to the advertiser’s account (not cash refund).

  • Credits can only be used for future ads.

6. Payment Disputes

Any dispute must be reported within 48 hours of noticing the issue.
After 48 hours, EDT ADS is not obligated to review or refund any transaction.
